QA Engineer

Role Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through testing and validation processes. You will be part of a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills and contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.


About US

We are an enterprise software B2B company. We build AML (Anti-Money Laundering) solutions that help financial institutions stay compliant with local and global regulatory rules and meet expectations of audit and regulatory inspections. Our product combines industry best practices, regulator-accepted methodology, and a practical, user-centric design.

As we grow, we are hiring a Project manager to support project management, client and user support, and account pipeline development. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams—including data, engineering, and product design—to help address client and user needs.

Our primary language of communication is English. We are a small team. Currently, there are 6 team members, and we plan to grow to 12 members in the next 3 months. Our team comes from a diverse set of backgrounds. It will be a challenging place to work as it will require a lot of hands-on work and willingness to learn and do tasks that you have not done before. The team will be there to provide support, help and guidance, but you will need the courage to take it on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze system specifications

  • Consistently execute test cases (manual and/or automated) and analyze results

  • Report bugs and errors

  • Help troubleshoot issues

  • Follow-through and conduct post-release/post-implementation testing

  • Ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

  • BS/BA in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field

  • Proven work experience as a QA engineer or similar role

  • Competence in technical skills needed to document and troubleshoot errors

  • Experience and familiarity with test management software (e.g. Selenium, Cypress)

  • Strong critical thinking skills, an analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude

  • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
